The Symposium is a two-day meeting point for industry professionals, bringing people together to discuss, learn and be challenged. The guest speakers from various Spanish wineries will discuss issues such as autochthonous grape varieties, the relationship between winemaking and terroir, and the relevance of wine legislation.
